Space Coast Board Riders

Founded in 2021 by Mason Sapp alongside surfing legends Gordon Lawson and CT Taylor, Space Coast Boardriders was created to unite surfers throughout Brevard County through a team-first mentality. The club brings together multiple generations of surfers, connecting young athletes with experienced local surfers while preserving the Space Coast’s rich surfing heritage. Since its first competitive season, the club has won the opening stop of the Florida Cup and earned opportunities to compete at the U.S. Board Riders National Championships and on the international stage. Beyond competition, Space Coast Boardriders supports youth development, community events, charitable efforts, and local partnerships. Its mission is to unite generations, preserve local surf culture, compete at the highest level, and give back to the community that shaped it.
